About the speaker:
Kanwarbir-Kb has been passionate about the Information technology-IT world for the last 30+ years doing software design & development, database design & development, software configuration management, release management, systems/network/database administration, and business analysis. He is currently working with Howmet Aerospace. Other Fortune 500 companies he has previously worked for are - Motorola, Raytheon, and Quest Diagnostics Inc. Kanwarbir-Kb hold a master’s degree in Physics from Punjab University, India, a certified business analyst, and holds active IIBA-CBAP and AAC certifications. He has served for the IIBA Orange County chapter board of directors as VP of Education.

• Know what Visual model(s) to create for what specific purpose    
• Capture a chunk of requirements in one or more models and is willing to provide a business solution with awesome business value
