During this discussion we’ll address requirements, documentation, acceptance criteria and how all these items contribute to the definition of done.
In addition, we’ll also discuss the SAFe® Framework and how business analysts can stand out in the transition to SAFe®

Presenter Bio:
Duane has worked with organizations like Experian, Pacific Life, and Toyota. Currently he is engaged in a digital transformation effort that will span the next 2 years. Besides the speed to market improvements sought in the Business Case, this change will drive the transition from SAFe® to the LeSS® framework. Mr. Nicholson is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) through Scaled Agile Framework and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Scrum Alliance.
